Michael Trifari, Chief Operating Officer (COO), leads the way for our Teams in Operations, Marketing, Learning & Development, Loss Control and Facilities Maintenance.
Michael prides himself on building winning teams and serving Guests a best-in-class experience. His passion for developing others, providing the best quality product to the Guest has yielded long-term and sustainable results, in both top-line sales and bottom-line profit, throughout his tenured career in foodservice.
Prior to joining Vibe Restaurants, Michael was a Franchisee of Firehouse Subs in Arizona. Additionally, he has served in Senior Leadership roles at Arby’s Inc. and Burger King Corporation, overseeing both Company and Franchise operations throughout the United States.
Michael and his wife, Shu, enjoy traveling abroad whenever possible, learning about other cultures and appreciating the differences in customs, food and language. However, Michael’s greatest joy is spending time with his family, especially his first grandson, Sage.
