Exciting things are happening at Vibe Restaurants! We’re thrilled to announce the successful opening of our brand-new Whataburger location in El Reno, OK. On February 6th at 10:30 AM, we opened our doors to the community, kicking things off with a memorable celebration featuring a flag-raising ceremony by the local American Legion Post #34 and a stirring performance of the National Anthem by local talent, Lacey Looper.
The energy was electric as we welcomed our first dine-in and drive-thru guests, awarding them special prizes to mark the occasion. The day was filled with smiles, excitement, and a true sense of community—everything that Vibe Restaurants stands for.
Building Careers & Strengthening Communities A key part of our mission at Vibe Restaurants is to create opportunities and empower people. We’re proud to share that the El Reno location has already created 135 new jobs, bringing together a dedicated team that’s ready to serve and make a difference. Seeing our team members in action, connecting with guests, and bringing the Whataburger experience to life is what fuels our passion.
The Celebration Continues! But we’re not done yet! We’re keeping the momentum going with our official Grand Opening Celebration and Ribbon Cutting Event on Thursday, February 27th, from 4–7 PM at 2500 S. Country Club Road, El Reno, OK 73036.
The event will bring together community leaders, including:
Whataburger Operating Partner Malachi Redmond
Vibe Restaurants VP of Operations Charla Saberi-Nikou
Area Coach Jason Vela
Marketing Coordinator Katelynn Culbert
El Reno Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Karen Nance
The official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place at 4:00 PM, followed by family-friendly fun, including face painting, balloons, DJ Alexx, and more.
At Vibe Restaurants, we believe in creating more than just great food—we create great experiences, great opportunities, and great communities. Thank you, El Reno, for the warm welcome.
