Catch the segment below.
Irfaan Lalani (CEO Vibe Restaurants) speaks on Fox News during Dallas Franchise Week, 2024!
Dallas Franchise Week, inspired by Mayor Eric Johnson’s vision, brought together franchisors, franchisees, and industry leaders to explore the immense potential of franchising. The event featured insightful discussions and networking opportunities focused on topics such as the economic and wealth-building power of franchising, strategic financing options, and workforce development solutions. Attendees included entrepreneurs, investors, and local businesses eager to learn and connect, demonstrating the vibrant franchising ecosystem in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
During the event, our CEO and co-founder of Vibe Restaurants, Irfaan Lalani, was introduced and interviewed by Emily Barahona, founder of The Culture Agency and branding and culture expert for Vibe Restaurants. Emily delivered an engaging introductory talk about the importance of human-centered franchising for success, emphasizing that the franchise model holds immense potential for creating positive impacts when guided by a human-centered approach. In her remarks, she expressed excitement about their partnership and shared commitment to fostering a culture of support and empowerment within the franchising community, noting that Vibe is a perfect example of this approach in action.
Vibe Restaurants has seen impressive growth, exemplifying how to authentically live a brand’s purpose. From just 12 Little Caesars in 2010, Vibe has expanded to 138 restaurants across 14 states, including 76 Little Caesars (the 3rd largest LC franchisee globally), 59 Wingstops (one of the fastest-growing franchisees), and 3 Whataburgers (soon to be 5). Approaching its 15th anniversary next year, Vibe is on track to triple in size over the next five years. This growth earned Vibe a spot in the Franchise Times Restaurant 200 List, climbing 28 positions to rank 122 in just one year, even featuring on the front cover of the latest edition of the magazine.
In the interview, Irfaan went on to talk about his distinct vision which focuses on empowering individuals to explore franchising as a path to achieving the triple win: financial independence for owners, empowerment and growth for employees and their families, and a thriving community. He believes that success in franchising is not a matter of choosing one outcome over another; it’s about embracing the possibility of achieving all three. By fostering a culture of support and mentorship, Irfaan encourages franchisees to see franchising as a holistic approach where everyone benefits; not only does it drive individual success but also strengthens the entire community, creating a positive ripple effect that extends far beyond the restaurant walls.
As we celebrate Vibe Restaurants’ participation during this landmark event, we extend our appreciation to everyone who made it happen. The energy, collaboration, and shared vision for the future of franchising filled the atmosphere with excitement and inspiration.

The general contractor hired by Vibe Restaurant Group won't pay my invoice ($3887.13) and won't answer my numerous calls, texts, and emails. I was told by the building management company that I have no recourse to get paid for my work other than file a lien on the property. I'm asking Vibe Restaurant Group to reach into their hearts…
